FIFA 21 Global Series has been confirmed for this season. The regional tournament has a new structure but that is not all. You can now follow and show your support for your favorite participant. The Global Series decides who goes to the Regional Playoffs. The tournament is not just prestigious but also worth the time as the total prize pool is more than $4 million. The event also comes with something new for those who follow the competitions. This is the Viewership Rewards Program. If you are interested in taking part in it you need to watch the official streams on Twitch. If this is something that you would do anyway, the program allows you to get some rewards. Here is what you need to do. First of all, you need to have a Twitch account. You can create one for free in just a few minutes. Then you need to link your EA and Twitch accounts. Go to the official EA website and you will be guided through the entire process. It’s very simple. Once the FIFA 21 Global Series events start, watch them on Twitch for at least one hour. Check the game for the reward. You will obtain an FGS player token item. You don’t need to do anything else other than watch the stream for at least 60 minutes. The player token is not a random drop. All watchers who view the stream for one hour are guaranteed to receive it. Keep watching streams and you will collect more tokens. The first eligible event will be held on October 29th. You can check out the official FIFA 21 website for the schedule. These tokens are used to acquire FGS pack rewards. Keep an eye out for the two FGS Swaps that will be released throughout the season. The first swap gives you the chance to get 10 player tokens. More info on the second swap will be available later this year. The first swap lasts until April 2021. You will be able to get the pack rewards when you complete squad building challenges. These are repeatable and you can start working towards them on October 26th. This swap program is similar to other programs of this type. Depending on how many player tokens you have, you will be able to select the reward you want to get. The first reward is available for two tokens and it is a premium gold pack. The last one you unlock for five tokens and it is a Jumbo Rare Players Pack.
